I Am Dedicated to Helping Students Succeed
As an experienced educator for over 15 years, I have a comprehensive understanding of the difficulties students face in today's academic environment. I know that education isn't a one-size-fits-all approach and that each student requires individualized engagement, personalized support, and tailored guidance in order to reach their goals. My mission is to provide each student with the support they need to reach their academic potential.
At A & K Support Services, I strive to create an engaging and fun learning environment in which students in grades K–12 can reach their academic goals. From elementary school mathematics to high school science, I have a comprehensive understanding of the curriculum and expectations of each student. By serving as a patient and approachable tutor, I strive to provide the necessary tools to each student.
By creating a personalized learning plan tailored to their needs, I bring structure to their educational journey. I also work to ensure students understand their material by providing feedback and encouragement, as well as breaking down challenging topics into simpler concepts. I understand that learning isn't a one-day process, and I have the patience to keep at it until terms and concepts are fully understood.
In addition to providing a supportive and encouraging environment, I also let each student lead the learning process. I come to each tutoring session prepared with questions to help them further their understanding of the material and challenge them to think deeper and really dive into their studies. This encourages them to reach beyond their initial expectations and strive for a higher level of learning.
